EasyTrashMail provides a temporary email service that allows users to create temporary email addresses and receive emails. The email addresses have a limited validity period and are automatically deleted.

3. Registration and Use

3.1 Anonymous Use

You can use our service without registration. In this case, you will receive an anonymous user ID that is only stored for the duration of your session.

3.2 Registration

For advanced features, you can register with an email address. You are required to provide correct and complete information.

3.3 Usage Rights

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our service in accordance with these terms.

4. Permissible Use

You agree to use our service only for legal purposes. The following uses are expressly prohibited:

Distribution of spam, phishing, or fraudulent content
Violation of third-party rights (copyrights, trademarks, etc.)
Distribution of illegal content or malware
Harassment, threats, or coercion of third parties
Bypassing security measures or access controls
Automated use (bots, scraping) without permission
Use for commercial purposes without appropriate license

5. Temporary Email Addresses

5.1 Validity Period

Temporary email addresses have a default validity period of 10 minutes. Premium users can extend this duration. After expiration, the addresses and all associated messages are automatically deleted.

5.2 Availability

We do not guarantee permanent availability of temporary email addresses. Addresses can be deleted at any time, especially after the validity period expires.

5.3 Email Delivery

We do not guarantee the delivery of emails. Emails may be lost, delayed, or not delivered for technical reasons.

6. Disclaimer

6.1 Service Availability

We strive for high availability of our service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons, maintenance, or force majeure.

6.2 Content

We assume no responsibility for the content of emails sent to temporary addresses. Users are responsible for the use of received information.

6.3 Limitation of Liability

To the extent legally permissible, we exclude any liability for damages arising from the use or non-use of our service. This does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence or in cases of injury to life, body, or health.

All rights to our service, including trademarks, logos, designs, and software, remain our property. You do not receive any rights to our intellectual property, except the right to use in accordance with these terms.
